Graduate Surveyor

CCO Group have been retained by a well-established property consultancy to assist in their search for a graduate surveyor to join their rapidly growing valuation team. Our client is a highly regarded firm who provide a range of different services to their clients including Valuation, Agency, Property Management + More.

The type of clients you will work on behalf of include financial institutions, major investment funds and developers together with local and national government in addition to independent businesses. In this role you will gain exposure to both Commercial and Residential assets and gain support from experienced surveyors giving you the best opportunity to grow your skill-set and pass your APC.


  • Assist in the valuation of commercial and residential property
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships, and promote new business connections and sources, and report to your Head of Department all potential new sources of professional and other work.
  • Keep up to date with any changes or proposed changes in legislation, Codes of Practice or Directives pertinent to your work
  • Attend meetings and record minutes as and when requested.
  • Provide statistical and other information as and when requested.


What You Need:

  • Basic level of technical knowledge from degree.
  • IT literate, with an ability to use IT as a tool to support work, through effective use of databases, websites and in house templates.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, ensures activities and tasks are handled correctly and completed on time.
  • Able and willing to travel to site inspections and client meetings
  • Written and verbal communication – high standard of English.
  • Resilience – work through mistakes, handle rejection, challenges or ambiguity
