Associate Director – London Bridge – £80,000 to £100,000 + benefits

CCO Group are currently partnered with a rapidly expanding PMC with their search for an Associate Director.

The client

Our client has established themselves as one of the fastest growing consultancies in London, focusing on the delivery of projects in the Residential, Commercial, Hotel and Restaurant sectors. Over the years they’ve gained a number of repeat clients, with an excellent reputation for their work, and are currently in the process of welcoming new clients as part of their planned expansion. Contracts values can range from £5m to £150m, and their client base consists primarily of high end private developers producing landmark projects across the Capital. They’ve been able to maintain an extraordinarily low staff turnover, mainly due to the career progression routes on offer with the business and their treatment of employees.

The role

The business is currently looking for an Associate Director to join the ranks following a series of high profile contract wins. The successful candidate will be responsible for up to three projects at once, with each project being managed individually by a Project Manager. Duties will include liaising with clients, providing monthly reports to directors, mentoring / management of junior Project Managers, etc. They’re open to hiring either an established AD, or a strong Senior PM looking to make the step up.
