CCO Group have been retained by a well-established National Property Consultancy in order to assist with their search for a Development Surveyor THAT IS EITHER QUALIFIED OR SOMEONE CURRENTLY WORKING TOWARD THEIR APC to join their rapidly growing team in Leeds. Our client is looking for two surveyors to join their Strategic Transaction Advisory Team from graduate surveyor level up to Associate, they ideally will be looking for a graduate with at least 1 years’ previous experience – Full APC support will be provided.

In this role you will support the firms Public Sector clients in marketing sites to developers, site evaluations, estate management and acquisitions and disposals. You will also advise on local markets, viability, investment and strategic planning issues as well as helping to create new development models and partnering arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Residential land and development – brokerage and consultancy
  • Analysing, advising, and providing insight into property investment decisions and acquisitions
  • Preparation of Argus development appraisals
  • Development strategy – advising clients on development potential

What They Are Looking For:

  • IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
  • Financial modelling skills eg using Argus, Excel, etc.
  • Development consultancy advisory background for the public sector
  • An understanding of business development and client relationship management
  • Report writing experience
  • Detailed knowledge of legislation and case law relevant to role
