What is the opportunity?
Our client is looking to hire a hardworking, driven and hungry graduate from a RICS-accredited degree to join their professional department.
Based out of their City office, you will sit within the Development team – working on a mix of work from development consultancy, regeneration and agency work – working with a plethora of public and private sector clients. Working for industry leading hiring managers, you will complete your RICS APC via the Planning & Development pathways. Our client, who we have worked with for a number of years, offer a fantastic training programme with unrivalled and hands on leadership.
This is a wide-ranging role that will give you superb exposure and a chance to progress your career at a fantastic rate within the Property world. The culture provides a fast-paced, hands on and social environment and you must mirror this to be selected.
They will consider someone who is either straight out of university or is already in a role but wanting a change.
What do you need to be selected?
- Property Bachelors (or Masters), RICS-accredited degree, ideally with a 2:1
- An enthusiastic and driven attitude to succeed.
- Have a passion for property
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Willing to learn and take advice with a clear commitment to the opportunity.
