About the Job

About the Company: Our client is a regional Civil Engineering and Specialist Groundworks and Frames contractor for the South East with turnover in the region of £100m. Contracts procured involve external works and general civil engineering to the commercial and residential sectors. The successful candidate will be well presented to meet and greet potential clients and customers, be able to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior and general managers, handle incoming and outgoing calls, book meetings and arrange meeting rooms, assist with monthly reports for senior management, book travel arrangements. Must have experience and working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.

Ideally you will be from a Construction bias background within a busy environment, you will work well under pressure be very organised, versatile and motivated within your place of work.
