Office Manager / PA

PA Duties Primarily to Directors, and partially to senior Directors/Management

  • Discretely Assist/manage varying personnel requirements of Board members
  • Diary management for Directors & senior staff
  • Manage travel & accommodation bookings for CEO and directors

Office Manager Duties.

  • Manage existing office administrators / receptionists and front of house requirements
  • Accumulating and updating senior staff weekly diaries
  • Arranging / organising event days and hospitality functions for the Group
  • Record meeting minutes when required
  • Manage / record staff holidays
  • Assist with management of Web site content
  • Assist with management of Intranet content/updates
  • Assist with document and digital presentations/pre-quals with estimating department
  • Assist with production of marketing information/products
  • Assist in drafting/updating monthly newsletters including all necessary photography
  • Manage office stationary requirements and maintenance/functionality of office equipment
  • Organise any meeting venue/catering/beverage requirements
  • Schedule meeting room requirements

It is a newish role so patience is required as the role will be established and evolve over time. We are not a massive corporate company and so do not want a person who has a black and white attitude, moreover someone who appreciates it being a family business so has to be like minded in terms of our approach to staff management and operation
