CCO Group are teamed up with a rapidly growing, medium sized consultancy based near London Bridge with their search for Project Managers of all levels.
Client
The main focus for the business is in the hotels sector, partnering with recognisable hotel brands, high net worth individuals and even foreign governments to deliver flagship projects across the capital, with some of their clients having worked with them for over 20 years. They’re able to take on assignments at any stage of the process, even taking on long term projects from pre-purchase of the land right through to handover. Headcount for the business stands just shy of 20, with three having been added this year alone to assist with increased workload, and a view to increase to 25 in due course. The business has a great reputation for punching above their weight in terms of the contracts they win, beating many of the blue-chip consultancies, and their excellent track record of producing top results has provided plenty of word-of-mouth referrals.
Role
Given the increased workload, our client is looking to add Project Managers of varying levels to their team. Typically, the Project Managers will be overseeing hotels from conception to completion, however they also take on Residential, Commercial and Leisure projects on. All employees are given the platform, responsibility, and guidance to become the best possible Project Manager they can be – learning from one of the most senior figures in the hotel consultancy world.
Candidate
All candidates will be degree qualified. More junior candidates will have achieved their APC as a minimum, with more senior candidates being MRICS. A stable career history is a must, working for reputable consultancies in a similar role. Someone with a natural drive to progress and develop long term, and always being open to putting your hand up to take on an extra assignment would be a great fit culturally speaking.
