REMS PROJECT MANAGER – London or Birmingham

CCO Group have been retained by an industry-leading property consultancy in search for a Project Manager to join their Real Estate Management team. About the Role:
This role will support our clients UK Real Estate Management systems team with the overall project management of systems implementations, continuous improvement, and non-technical projects; thereby contributing to the overall success of the systems team. The role will cover all clients within the REM portfolio together with those maintained by the Yardi Product Team on behalf of other business units within the company.

• Working alongside the REMS Systems Lead, establish, manage, and maintain the overall program of work including resourcing, scheduling and budget maintenance.
• Manage Stakeholders and contribute to REMS System team communication via SharePoint, Teams, Newsletters and training material.
• Plan, organise and manage the delivery of Systems implementations and projects as well as non technical projects associated with the REMS Systems team using Agile Methodology.
• Effective collaboration with the relevant teams, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage BAU transitions including assessment of and schedule of handoffs, training, or resource requirements.
• Ensuring relevant controls and plans are defined and adhered to, including identification on of risk areas, managing Audit requirements, testing plans and communication.

What you will need:
• Agile, Prince II or PMP accreditation
• Experience with Jira and Smartsheets.
• Experience Project Managing both Systems implementation projects and non technical projects within the Real Estate Industry.
• Exposure to projects involving Yardi Voyager, Qlik, Proactis, FM Systems , Reporting tools & training software .
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects, manage project resources , budget, stakeholder and vendor management as well as project planning.
