Surveyor – Associate Director

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing client reports on the property management service and regular formal reporting procedures to clients
  • Support and assist clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities including rent reviews, letting and lease renewal programmes and alternative uses
  • Dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter premises
  • Ensuring clients and tenants comply with lease obligations in relation to use and maintenance/repair obligations
  • Preparation and administration of service charge expenditure
  • Overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants
  • Supervising, directing and maintaining up to date records for site based staff
  • Liaising with clients’ agents, solicitors and other consultants

What They Are Looking For

  • MRICS Qualified (Ideal, not essential)
  • Ideally 2-5 years previous experience within managing commercial properties
  • Knowledge of property management software such as Tramps and QUBE
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and initiate projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
