Surveyor – Associate Director

CCO Group have been retained by a leading independent commercial property consultancy to assist in their search for a Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team. The business currently consists of 3 Directors who have a combined 55 years’ worth of experience within the commercial property profession giving you great opportunity to work alongside and learn from some well-respected individuals within the industry. Our clients provides multiple services including Property Management, Agency and Building Consultancy. The portfolio you will be managing will predominantly consist of industrial and retail units and you will also get the opportunity to get involved with some work around lease renewals etc giving you great exposure to the market.

Responsibilities:

  • To resolve day-to-day management issues efficiently.
  • To liaise with both clients, contractors and occupiers on a regular basis and to work closely with Property Management Accounts in ensuring excellent service is provided to all clients.
  • To fully engage in client meetings as required and ensure client requirements are acted upon efficiently and effectively.
  • Work with Facilities Managers in regards to multi-let assets assisting in the production of service charge budgets.
  • Process occupier applications and provide recommendations to the client.
  • To provide an all-round best in class approach to property management based on proactivity, ownership and positive engagement with all stakeholders.

What You Need:

  • MRICS qualified preferable, but not essential.
  • Proven track record in resolution of day to day management issues and in building strong client relationships
  • Demonstrates good attention to detail by regularly producing carefully prepared, accurate work
  • Uses thorough and effective data gathering techniques in all aspects of the work
  • Highly organised
  • Manages own time and exercises good commercial judgement to maximise fee earning potential
  • Team Player
